some big news—

saturday 11/16 will be my final workshop at @yogaunderthepalms kailua, full moon reiki & restore from 5 to 6:30pm

after four beautiful years and a whole lot of growth, transformation, adventures & new learnings, @tylers

it’s always hard to find the right words to capture what we experience during our retreats, so i really hope these photos can share a small glimpse of the magic

we’ve just landed after the magnetic woman retreat in mexico, and it was not

i remember a time when i would let my “obligations” dictate my life

waking up in the morning, i would prioritize breakfast and a shower, but would let my meditation, journaling, & grounding routine fall to the side
