Just as it is important to nurture your body through the different seasons, it is equally as essential to support yourself through each phase of your menstrual cycle. Learn to embrace nature as reflection of you, and become empowered in your divine feminine energy through the ultimate worship and reverence of your womb.

Cycles & Seasons is a month-long group container designed to strengthen your connection with your womb and divine feminine power through movement, journaling, conscious discussion, energy work, and other activities. Each week focuses on a different phase of the menstrual cycle
— follicular (spring), ovulatory (summer), luteal (autumn), and menstruation (winter) — to help you sync with your cycle to increase health, balance, pleasure, and creativity. The sacred container will meet on April 3, 10, 17, and 24, 2024. Discover all of the magic that's included below.

The magic we’ll cover

  • Spring is a re-emergence after a period of inwardness, solitude, and shedding experienced during winter (menstruation). During the follicular phase, the body prepares for potential pregnancy, and energetically this is the time to plant and nurture seeds of creativity thanks to heightened energy and vitality. During this week, you’ll learn how to support your body with nutrition and lifestyle choices to honor your inner spring through movement, journaling, and other activities.

  • Summer is the rebirth moment, when creativity, confidence, energy, and self-expression are the strongest. Things begin to heat up (literally) and your pleasure centers and libido will be heightened as the body releases an egg from the ovaries to be fertilized. During week 2, you’ll discover how to support your body with nutrition and lifestyle choices to celebrate your peak creativity, authentic expression, and connection to pleasure during your inner summer.

  • Autumn is the time to begin winding down and turning inward. The corpus luteum — or cystic structure that develops following the follicles’ repute and release of the egg — begins to form. If the egg does not impact, the corpus lutem will begin to break down thanks to a drop in hormones. This can lead to increased anxiety and PMS, so fall is a time to lean on support and self-nurture. During this phase, you’ll learn to honor your inner autumn through nutritional and lifestyle support, plus gentle movement, journaling, and other supportive group practices.

  • Winter is the phase for shedding and letting the parts of you die that no longer serve your highest self. If pregnancy does not occur, the uterine lining will shed, resulting in the release of menstrual blood. This is a time of heightened sensitivity and connection to your intuition, so solitude, deep reflection, and self-nurturing are essential to flowing with this phase. During week 4, you’ll discover how to nourish the body with food and lifestyle choices to support menstruation, and connect more deeply with this phase through restorative movement, reflective journaling, and other inward rituals.

Each phase of the menstrual cycle requires nourishment that supports the current fluctuation of hormones. Nourish your womb with cycle-specific meal options crafted by Alexandra and Julianne, farmers and holistic chefs. From kitchari to seed-cycling balls to herbal teas, every phase-specific meal will feature farm-fresh foods. You can also opt to take home a package of seed cycling balls depending on your current menstrual phase.

  • Starting on Wednesday 4/3, we'll meet each consecutive Wednesday until 4/24 from 5:00 pm to 7 pm HST at Full Circle Farm in Waimanalo. The address and full location details will be provided upon sign-up.

  • All you'll need is a yoga mat, journal, and a pen. We recommend warm clothes for when the sun sets. You may also have other helpful tools nearby, such as crystals, essential oils, and water, but this is optional.
